An iPhone 4 prototype codenamed N94 has appeared in photos, showing how it operates on T-Mobile's 3G network. The BGR has posted a full gallery of the prototype in action. AT&T recently promised that T-Mobile customers will get the iPhone, and it looks like Apple is ready to go ahead with such a launch soon.
According to the BGR, the front of T-Mobile's iPhone 4, which is pictured in white, is slightly different than the white iPhone 4 that Apple plans to release for AT&T and Verizon Wireless soon. Specifically, the proximity sensor is said to have been changed.
T-Mobile earlier this year said that they had no plans to release the iPhone 4, but Apple clearly has other plans, or what? We guess T-Mobile didn't want to reveal such a significant happening too soon. In related news, a Verizon executive recently confirmed that the next Verizon iPhone will offer global roaming.
